3Dal System is used to build housing with three-dimensional modules that are assembled together according to the types requested by the customer.
The 3Dal system can be employed for single villas up to multi-storey buildings. The modules are produced and set up in the factory according to the principle of global industrialization with dry assembly on site.
PANDAL® system allows the construction of multi-storey buildings including underground car parks (residential and commercial with dry assembly) with a frame structure using ALDAL® slabs, beams and capitals of the pillars (which remain in the thickness of the floor) and external panels.
